Martsman's debut release definitely shows his creative thinking 'outside the box', as he drops Exegene two tightly produced pieces of abstract and leftfield drum and bass. The A side, Geister, is a collection of perfectly arranged influences of dub blended with his straight forward, energetic, machine like drums. Vert, continues into the abstraction, with some techy sounds and more glitchy noises.
Without a doubt, Martsman's talents are going to go unmissed in the near future, as he already has secured a release with the pushers of outstanding leftfield drum and bass, Offshore Recordings.
